This drill is called a Rondo.
-Three players form a triangle and work together against one opponent in the middle.
-The three players forming the triangle will pass the ball around the player in the middle.
-The player in the middle will try to win the ball back.
-When the player in the middle wins the ball back, he or she gets to be in the triangle, and the player who lost the ball is now in the middle.
Why is this a good soccer drill? This drill reinforces some of the basic concepts in soccer.
This drill requires players to pass accurately. This drill requires the players in the triangle to communicate with each other and pass / move. This drill also forces to make the player with the ball make quick decisions while under pressure. The player in the middle will also have to work hard to win the ball back, and force a mistake
